Epishine Appoints Mattias Josephson as CEO

Epishine appoints Mattias Josephson as the new CEO to lead the company in its next chapter of growth. He follows Anders Kottenauer, who has informed the Board of his decision to step down as CEO. 

Mattias is one of Epishine’s founders and previously led the company through its formative years. Since then, he has remained an active member of the Board and has played a central role in the company’s commercial strategy and international business development, including leading key customer relationships across Asia and other strategic markets.

He returns to the CEO role at a time when Epishine has evolved from technology development into commercial execution, with a proven manufacturing platform, an expanding customer base, and growing market traction. His deep knowledge of the company, entrepreneurial mindset, and long-standing relationships with customers and partners position him well to lead this phase of the company’s journey.

The company is also accelerating the recruitment of an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen its operational organization further as it prepares for its next phase of growth.
